Cool breeze

High winds make big waves and that means good surfing for Grand Haven resident Matt Smolenski.  The 18-year-old Muskegon Community College student could see the big rollers from his home overlooking Grand Haven State Park.  “I knew it was going to be good,” said Smolenski.
